Sick chicken!

One of my hens keeps falling down. She walks a few steps then falls. I’m not sure what is wrong. She was fine earlier. She is around 13 weeks old. Please help!

I’ve been feeding her scratch grains. They all have been eating that.

Yes. They all ate. I have a feeder out in their pen. Maybe it was the scraps I gave them?

Some mashed potatoes and some banquets ribs. She is the only one effected.
