Sick chicken

Her poop looks ok to me. If she is drinking water you can try putting something like Nutri-Drench or rooster booster in it to help her eat. You can also drizzle either on her food if she will eat. I would do that if she's eating. When is the last time she laid an egg?
She is eating and drinking on her own, she just stopped eating and drinking and the clicking sound has started again. I am not sure when the last time was, we have 23 chickens with multiple duccles, and there eggs all look the same.

In her droppings, the pictures look like she is having yellowish urates, which normally are white. That can be a sign of either a reproductive infection or ascites from liver problems, many times from the reproductive disorder. How does her lower belly look? My sweet little d’ccle, Millie, had ascites when she was almost 11. Her belly turned bluish and was enlarged. I drained yellow fluid from her belly 3 times, but she died within a couple of weeks. During her necropsy, I found about 6 hollow egg shaped globes, probably from internal laying.

The only time I have seen clicking was with a chick who had been bumped and had a leaking air sac on her side. So I think it is a respiratory symptom.

In the photo the poop that is all one color is white, it showed up more yellow in the photo.
