Sick chicken

Hello. I have a pullet that is 7 months old. She started withdrawing from the flock about a week ago. I noticed the rooster pecking at her and trying to mate. I was advised that her submission and his actions were normal.

She isn’t moving about the coop and will only eat and drink if we hold her and feed her. She is dedication on herself and doesn’t move from her spot.

I’ve been giving her vitamin B and fish antibiotics for two days now along with water. She was vaccinated for Maleks as a chick. I checked her crop and it is fine.

Any advice?
