Sick chicken

So we have a sick hen, not sure what exactly is wrong with her. Since yesterday morning at least she's been pooping green foamy poop, went to go find her, and she's been super weak and lethargic. She doesn't normally let us pick her up without a fuss, but she didn't even move when I grabbed her. So we isolated her and brought her inside, thinking it may have just been heat. So made some save a chick and forced some of that and some raw egg as her crop was completely empty. Then we put food and water in her cage. Fast forward to today and she has been eating and drinking but still has really green poop, and one now has bloody in it. She's only eaten some raw egg, some chick grit, some chick starter. We are thinking it's coccidiosis. She's a buckeye and hasn't laid eggs yet.

I'll try retaking some pictures, the poop definitely doesn't look that yellow, I think the light screwed with the camera. The poop started lime green, and now it's more dull and grass green. The first picture with the "blood" is what most all of the poop looks like in terms of color

So this is more of the color. The yellow bits are egg yolks we fed her. We went ahead and bought some corid to possibly treat her. But she seems lively and is eating better now, she even started clucking, which she didn't at all yesterday. Only reason I wouldn't think it's EYP after reading about it is she hasn't laid eggs yet, and is just about 19 weeks.

I agree, it could be EYP, Salpingitis or any other reproductive disorder that affects hens.

Treating for Coccidiosis won't hurt. You can find Corid at TSC.

Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

If you have an antibiotic on hand, if she were mine, I'd consider dosing her.
