You’re welcome. She is wheezing? Oh gosh I’m not sure why she would be wheezing. Is she open mouth breathing? Be sure she has access to fresh water at all times, but also it may not be a bad idea to provide her with electrolyte water. It may help to soak her bottom in a warm Epsom salt bath, once or twice per day, also. That will help keep droppings off of her backside/tissues and could help with swelling. Could you get a photo with some of the feathers moved out of the way of her vent/prolapse tissue? We separated her and put coconut oil on her backside. She is wheezing . I will get all other supplies when it opens in the morning. Thank you for your help and the articles.
No her comb is floppy and she is wheezing… not open mouth. We gave her a warm bath and cleaned her up. She is in the laundry room… separated. The other girls were pecking her. She is the low man in the flock. Put on witch hazel and an antibiotic this morning. Husband going to get calcium now. Thanks for all the advice. She is a very sweet chicken; I don’t want her to be in pain. You’re welcome. She is wheezing? Oh gosh I’m not sure why she would be wheezing. Is she open mouth breathing?
