Sick chicken

I have a 2.5 month old showgirl chick. He/she has been sick for a good month now. Everyone else died except my satin cockerel. Had bubbly foamy eyes now his eyes just are stuck shut sometimes and sometimes not. He’s kinda wheezy and sneezes a lot. At this point, he doesn’t seem to be getting sicker nor does he seem to be better. He’s eating and drinking, keeping his weight up. Any ideas? We did the tiagard and it didn’t do anything. Just looking for recommendations or information.

I got them from a private seller, but her chicks are fine it seems. I got some doxycycline today, I’m going to try this. They were all sneezy and wheezy and stopped eating and drinking. This guy is eating drinking and pooping. He stinks more than any bird I’ve smelled before tho:
