I have an Easter egger hen. When I went out to feed my chickens yesterday she wasn’t walking, just a low waddle. I figured she may be egg bound so I gave her a soak, she laid an egg later but it was soft shell feeling and had crack like things all over it. After she laid the egg she was walking and acted normal. This morning she cannot walk or stand at all and is having labored breathing. Does anyone know why she would act weird, then seem better and then end up worse then when we started?
