I was saddened to hear about Pebbles and unfortunately my poor baby Greta has very similar symptoms. Greta is a RI Red and about 3 yo. She has not layed in a week, although I don't think she's egg bound. She was doing okay or acting retatively normal until this past Friday when she was obviously legthargic and virtually stopped eating. Her poop has been runny and yellowish - until today and now it's mainly a white paste. I believe it's either an infection or worms so I gave her a worming med yesterday but haven't seen any real improvment yet today (probably wouldn't anyway). But after reading this post I decided to go for broke and popped her with a clavamox this AM.

As the original poster said she's not just an egg layer but a member of my family too. I just don't want to see her suffer!

Any other advice is welcome, thanks.
