sick chicken

I have several different kinds of breeds.Pair of Jersey giants ,three buff cochins standard ,did have 4.3 gold laced wyndotts and 2gold laced wyndott cochin which i think turned out to be the problem.My son picked them up for me at a local flea market which should have been a warning sign but he got them anyway.to make long story short ,I have lost one buff cochin and now i have another cochin sick,I had the first one put down because she was having a very haed time breathing a d i was afraid the other were going to sick too.Too late.I am giving them neo-clhor in the water.Been on that for about 4 days ,but I was wonder ing if this was going to help them or is it a lost cause. The symtoms are like a cold ,sneezing and mucas on the eye and coming out the nose.Can anyone give me an idea.
