sick chicken

I have a chicken that is walking with her butt to the ground. She seems like she is trying to lay and egg. She is not able to walk very well but does roost at night. I went to look at her and she had small yellow bugs crawling around the vent area. Could someone tell me what might be wrong with her and what the little yellow bug might be? Thank you.

Lice look like straw-colored bugs from what I have read. Here you go:

I haven't dealt with lice but you can buy the poultry permethrin dust at the feed store. Also the spray if you want to spray the coops too. Remember to retreat every week until bugs gone.
