Sick chicken

Hi we are new chicken keepers and one of them is sick. Its tail end has a lot of puss and its very lethargic. I have seperated it from the other chickens but Im having a hard time finding anything on the internet on how to treat it. Any help would be great.

Nope it moves around, just slow and keeps closing its eyes. I even threw some tomatoes in with it and it just barley come over. Usually they go nuts for tomatoes.

I just checked on it again and it looks almost like it has a hemmoroid. It has alot of diarea around the area.
