As she has a snotty ( a word I hate actually ) nose..then I would just go with the medication your Vet prescribed...it is for a respiratory problem...which should clear up within five days or so from the date you started treatment... I suggest you do not add any further treatment as yet..the antibiotic needs to work without any additional treatment.
I do so understand that you are worried but any further intervention at this stage may only complicate the issues...you appear to have a good Vet...go with their prognosis...!
