Sick Chickens - Please help!

Hello,
I am new to this forum as a member but have used this a lot before. I have two ill chickens and I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong with them. It wont let me attach a picture but essentially their symptoms are as follows:

Extremely dry, slightly crusty face,waddles, and comb.
Lethargic but still trying to eat and drink
Very hot legs
No nasal discharge and clear breathing but one has a swollen comb with clearish green discharge.

Please if anyone knows what this could be please let me know! They're my babies and I don't want to loose them!

Where is the green discharge coming from, the comb?

Yes I accidentally pushed when I was examining it and it came from the middle of the swollen comb.

Green discharge sounds like a bacterial infection. I would consider involving a vet or antibiotics for that one!

It sounds like it could be favus too but read the descriptions and you may want to do a google image search to see if it matches.

Oh poor girl. I don't know what is wrong, I am so sorry. Hopefully someone else can help. I hope she gets better soon!
