my small flick of 10 mixed breeds seem to have "pink eye". Have given 1 ml of Tylan 50 for the past two days and they seem to be doing better. Is that the correct dose? How long should I give it?

Giving 1 ml twice a day for 5 days is the correct dose for a 5 pound chicken. ),2 ml per pound is a good dose. I would give it orally, but some people give it into the breast muscle as an injection. Conjunctivitis or pinkeye in chickens may be from a respiratory disease, such as mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) Terramycin eye ointment from your feed store can be good to put into cleaned eyes twice a day as well. In this link there is info on the common diseases such as infectious bronchitis, MG, ILT, coryza, and others:
