I have had two chickens die within five days and a neighbour had one die three weeks ago. First they stop laying, then they stop roosting on their perches and laid on the floor. Become less interested in food, although spotty was intested in worms last night. I did notice she had a runny poo which was white/cream. Can any help, I still have four more chickens.

, and if you can see the bone sticking out then that is another sign of mites. If you find out all of this stuff is happening to your chickens then I will tell you what to get to help them!

I'll have a look at the other four chickens in the morning, as I am from England and it's late to check now. I did wash the coop out and used a chicken friendly mite power around the coop and perches.

Hi, everything has calmed down now. Lost a chicken two weeks ago, she became very funny with her food, was happy to eat what insects from the compost heap and loved worms. She was like this for maybe two weeks, then one day she just stopped eating all together and it seemed by the afternoon she wasn't seeing properly. Late at night it started raining hard, for some reason I felt like checking the hens and found her outside of the coop, I think maybe she could find the door. She was very wet so I brought her into the house and she die five in the morning.
I have now let the last three chickens have free run of the garden, they are laying good eggs and seem very happy.
What do you think about this?
Four- six weeks ealier I had to get rid of a cockerel which they have alway's been with and it seemed after he went things went down hill, could this have anything to do with what has happen.
