Sick chicks

I'm worried about 3 week old chicks. They are sneezing and lack energy. They seem to get cold and go under heat lamp then pant when they warm up. Their balance is off otherwise eating and drinking well. No diarreah. Any ideas?

What are you using for bedding? They could be sneezing from the dust from that. You can try adding Sav a Chick or Grow Gel to their water to give them a boost. Are you feeding regular or medicated feed? One of the most common illnesses with young chicks is Cocci, which medicated feed can help prevent.
