Sick chook, think she's about to die :(

She has been like this for days, she is usually a very social chook to me. She has those white flecks as shown on her comb, she has fairly runny poos with mostly yellow and white flecks. She has had one normal poo.

please help me anyway you can

Her eye looks a bit swollen to me. If so, that could be a respiratory infection like CRD (mycolplasma.) It might respond to an antibiotic like Tylan, tetracycline, or oxytetracycline.
