Sick Chook - warning graphic images - what the heck is this?

Hi, took my isa brown to the vet as she was lethargic, losing weight, floppy comb. The vet treated her for gape worm. We have two other australorps but no rooster. Treated all hens again for gape worm as the Isa did not improve. A week later I found this on the driveway. Can anyone assist? Is this the parasite? Isa brown is still eating, drinking heaps and walking around
