Thanks for the help! Turns out he had cocci... 2 days of treatment and he’s already back out chasing the girls. I didn’t know cocci could be present even without blood in their stool.

So you had a fecal float to confirm Coccidiosis?
At 4 months he *should* have built resistance to the Coccidia that's in his environment, but sometimes birds can become overloaded. Hopefully he will make a complete recovery, just make sure he finishes the course of treatment.
