Sick duck please help! Don't know what's wrong with her

The eye discharge will be cleared up with head dunking. Someone in another thread suggested putting some apple cider vinegar in the water too.
The neck thing did look like something was stuck.
I noticed her bill is still orange. She is young? She may be suffering from a vitamin deficiency. Vitamins don't hurt at any age though.

Can I give vitiams with antibiotics? She is only 2 years old. She's been holding her head up all day today. Yesterday her head was just laying on the ground or holding it up with her beak. I have vitiams and apple cider vinager but not sure what I can mix with antibiotics.

You can mix vitamins, electrolytes, ACV with antibiotics.....you just don't want to give probiotics with antibiotics. After a completed course of antibiotics, probiotics are a great idea, though

She is still on antibiotics and we let her out all day with the others today. She seems to be doing better and very happy to be out wondering around. She still looks all ruffled and her eye isn't better. She's never been a clean duck.

Honestly, I don't know what I would do without this site. It has helped me so much with my ducks. Thank you all for the help!
