I was given two pekin ducks , One of them is very off balance. I have tried giving him yeast in his food and then this morning I noticed he has diarrhea. I am new with ducks and I am very concerned about him. Any suggestion?

Duck poo is like diarrhea. Do you have any charcoal tablets? you can get those at any health food store. Can he walk? Can he eat? You need to make sure that you have a bucket of water so that they can dunk their whole entire face into to clean out their nostrils. are there any poison plants around for them? Tons of questions but this will be a start.
the previous owner could have tried chasing them and the duct got hurt and could have neurological issues. Could we have some more details & photos or video

Some questions that will help figure out what's going on...

When you say, "tried giving him yeast in his food" you do mean Brewer's yeast, right? The yeast for bread is NOT good.
What type of bedding do you use? Please describe their environment.
Can you share pics? Or even better a video of the duckling exhibiting this behavior?
Does the duckling eat & drink with no issues?

Was he having balance problems before the yeast? How is he now?
