sick duck?

So my ducks were born March 22nd I do believe I have a boy and a girl. They are indian runners. They have been growing up fast and have appeared to be healthy except about a month ago the girl (Priscilla) started struggling with walking. I gave them vitamin b for a few weeks in their water and she never fully recovered but she got a little better. In the past couple of days I've noticed that she has been walking on her (things that bend idk if they're knees ) knees. I've also notice that she has been getting smaller. Her brother is totally fine. I still have them inside and a little above room temperature. Is Priscilla sick? What can I do?

I know next to zero about ducks, but I know Mareks and botulism can cause leg paralysis in ducks.

Google that and see if anything comes up.
