Yes, she needs to be able to dip her nears down into the water. This helps with keeping their air ways clear of debris, like dirt and dust. It's their way of blowing their nose

also the way she shakes her head like that is like she’s having a hard time keeping food down because sometimes when she does that she spits out food.

Can you post another video that shows her body so I can see how she's breathing?

@keitorin, you could try placing her in a bathtub with warm water. If it's something as simple as her nares being plugged a swim in the tub should clear them.

Use warm water and make it as deep as her legs are long.

she loves to swim in the tub. i got her a deeper dish to was out her nares. she seems better. she doesn’t seem sick. her nose isn’t as stopped up. she still breaths noisily but not like it was.
