I think the Sulfa dose for birds is ~50 mg/kg once or twice a day.
6.2 / 2.2 x 50 / 48 = 2.935 ml, so I think that's what the vet was thinking.

It went away in like 4 days so I stopped and started giving lots of veggies and vitamins liquid ones but this all is so sad for him his poor but

x2. When a vet (or any doctor), gives a dosage, if it works, you give it until bottle is done if it was prescripted that way. Knowing antibiotics, it probably was.
Treats shouldn't comprise more than 10% of a diet, and some are poisonous. What kind of treats do you give?

Oh no I give him his duck food breakfast lunch dinner and only treats sometimes

I think you should leave him, he obviously needs to get rid or expel whatever his bowel movement is trying to.
