She seems to be doing much better since last night. She holds her head up more, scoots, and her eyes look somewhat better. Thank you!

Augmentin is a *very* good drug and one that some veterinarians would probably prescribe for this situation.

Disclaimer - I am not a vet, nor do I have any medical training, but I have treated bacterial infections using Baytril and Augmentin. Doses I suggest are based on what my vets have advised, which are also what is listed in Plumb's Veterinary Drug Handbook.
