Hello Everyone,
I have 12 female ducks. 4 khaki campbells, 4 white layers, and four golden 300. They are a little over a year old. One of my golden last week started acting funny! She was drinking a little and not sure if she is eating. She wont take her snacks like she usually does. She doesnt stay with the rest of them and today she was walking back into her coop and she was trying to run and she would fall. I am not sure what is wrong with her. Any ideas

Definetly sounds like something is wrong.

Welcome to BYC!

There are some things you can try, but I would like to see pictures of her poop first.

Also, a video would be really helpful. You can upload it to Vimeo or YouTube and then copy and paste it to your reply.
X2, video would be very helpful.

Possibly she needs to lay her egg. Don't be scared about your Duck. Watch her for a couple of days. Generally it's nothing...:frow
Look at her vent to see if any discharge and see if she lays an egg today. If an egg is stuck it can pinch the sciatic nerve and cause weakness in the legs...

OP feels something isn't right with her duck falling over acting off means something is not right. No one is trying to scare her just asking questions to try and help figure out what maybe going on.

With ducks it is hard to be sure. It could be a toxin, it could be an infection.

Anything you do to build up her health may help. If it is infection, something that kills the disease-causing microbes is needed. They can sometimes fight things off, and sometimes they need medicine.
