Sick duck??

My duck has been acting weird lately. Walking slow, head tucked close to body, constant standing, and dragging wings to the ground. He will plop down on the ground with his wings spread out. Is there anybody that might know what's wrong with him? His sister won't leave his side either.

How is he doing now?

Maybe ask on the Muscovy thread, to see if they have any ideas.

The only thing I can think of is diet.

If he is eating chicken feed, or anything that isn't duck feed, he might not be getting enough Niacin.

You can get Niacin in Nutritional Brewers Yeast, and sprinkle it on his feed. But, since he is doing so poorly, I would get a tablet or capsule and feed him a bunch of it.

Someone on the Muscovy thread will know the dosage, and if there is a risk of overdose.

He disappeared a few days ago. I don't know what happened to him. I've looked everywhere. I hatched him out of the incubator...
