Sick duckling

I woke up to a sick duckling this morning. I've had this one and another duckling since Thurs. The little chocolate one has looked weak since I got them. This morning it seems like he is paralyzed on his right side. Can't stand on his right leg and his neck is crooked, also looks like he can't swallow. What could be the cause?

What are you feeding them?
Do they have access to water at all times?......Any grit provided? ...what type of bedding?

Any niacin in the diet?
