Sick duckling

My duckling is very Skinny and rarely eats. He/she is not able to stand up and cant walk properly either. Whenever I pick him/her up and try to feed him/her, he/she falls asleep. The duckling has Been like this ever since it got out of the egg, it also needed help to get out of the egg.

Does anybody know what's wrong with my duckling?? Please tell me, i'm very worried.

When did it hatch?....What do you feed...?...Do you have it under a heat lamp?...
