SICK DUCKLING?

Hello
My 2-day old duckling, sneezes sometimes and it has discharge or water coming out from its nose. It eats and drinks normally, and doesnt seem to be weak. Is it sick? And how do I help it, cause I really don't want to loose it!!

Do you provide water deep enough to dunk its head. They need to keep nares clean. What bedding is it on? What type of heat?

I don't think it can dunk it's whole head into the water. The bedding is straw, and I am using a heating pad for it.

I don't think the water is deep enough for that. Does that play a role in its behavior?

It does they need to be able to keep their nares open which can get clogged with feed an dust from bedding.

Pee pads really help keep the bedding dry too. I have an old broiler pan under that pee pad.
