sick ? dying chicken

I have a 2year old pullet found losing feathers all over the coop inside and checked to see if she had egg binding but not seen but her vent is
very inflammed and swollen no egg seen but she is not eating or drinking
and she is dead weight.. trying to keep her warm. what does she have and is it a serious condition? any chance of her improving?
