Sick easter egger

My hen is about 8 months old. She acting lethargic and not eating very much. She has poop on her feathers but her vent isn't crusted. No mites or lice. Any suggestions?

But there is Poo on her bottom, correct? Has there been since she started to act like this? Does she have snot on her beak, or any infections as far as you can see?

She just wants to lay around. Idk what's going on.

I noticed yesterday she wasn't herself. On the poo, probably since Sunday

She may have diarrhea. Check her stool. If not she could be sick of some other kind which we don't want to happen. I'll look online to see and also include some antibiotics you can use.

If it is Pasty butt, at fist they will act like nothing is going on, chickens do this so that they wont get pecked at and not look weak. Give her a treat like berries in avacado oil, or some other oil. I just used avacado. Maybe give her an epsom salt bath. Is the poo watery?

I am not the biggest poultry expert, you might want to wait until others come to check out what is going on.
