what would cause a gander to not beable to eat or drink but can still honk but seems more wobbly his droppings are runny aswell

It was about three days but he can still walk could it be a toxin from eating tomatoe plants? Ive been flushing him with charcoal and seems way better hes eating and drinking now to

Yes tomato plants are toxic they are in the night shade family. Just the plant not the fruit.

I am glad to hear he is doing better. Good you were on it quick.
