Sick girl

Carmella is sick. Pls help.
She’s super lethargic. Has diarrhea but still laying. Super puffing herself up but it’s warm today like 15 Celsius. She has been losing a lot of weight and meat in her breast; I’ve been feeding her lots of high protein foods. Today she looks even worse than yesterday.
About to give her a bath.
Her sister is fine.

I think it might be old age taking her. She is almost four.

Can you feel of her crop to see if it is full and hard, doughy, or puffy? Check again at dawn before she eats or drinks, when it should be empty. In the picture, her crop looks prominent. Older hens and some young ones can suffer reproductive disorders, and the crop can be slow to empty due to pressure inside the abdomen from infection or internal laying. Cancer is also common, and could cause weight loss.

What do her poops look like? Pictures are welcome. Are you certain that she still lays eggs, and are they normal with hard shells? What do you feed her? Has she been eating or drinking?
