These are my first geese. They are 3 month old African geese. One of them is shaky and seems weak. I'll try to attach a video of her. She seems confused also. What could be wrong? I've isolated her so she doesnt spread anything if it's a pathogen.

I have no idea, but do geese get the same type of diseases that chickens do? Like Mareks? I think I also noticed in the video that one of your other geese seems to be lifting it’s foot. Hopefully somebody on this site can help you out! Good luck!

When young did you use any type of niacin with your waterfowl? What do you feed?If starter waterfowl can have a niacin deficiency because chicken feed does not have the amount of niacin they need for strong bones muscles and they can even have neurological problems how long has this been going on? Any of the other birds Picking on her? Anyone else showing symptoms? Quick way to find out if it’s a niacin def and yes sometimes only one duckling or gosling outof a clutch will for some reason show symptoms. But you can get B Complex liquid at TSC in the cattle dept it will say injectable but we use it orally and since you already have her isolated you can just put it over a small amount of treats or food to make sure she gets a 1 ml dose a day for a week.if a deficiency improvemet is pretty fast we’ve seen a lot of ducklings helped this year using the B Complex

I have been giving them flock starter feed formulated for turkeys, ducks, and geese. For about the past 2 weeks they've been switched to a whole grain mix (barley, oats, and crushed corn) because my feed supplier was out of flock starter. Waters are rinsed and filled daily, their pool is rinsed every 2-3 days and refilled with fresh water.

Nobody is picking on her. Only bullying I see is geese bully the ducks for the pool at times.

The pen is a bit crowded at the moment, but that will change this weekend as we will be butchering the 25 cornish. Also we are taking about 1/2 the chickens and all the ducks to auction next week. I have 4 turkeys (2 hens, 2 toms) and 1 tom is going to his new home tomorrow.

Pen is about 25x30 feet with a 20x20 building.

Its has been extremely hot (90-100) the last 2 weeks and dry. We have also had issues with poor air quality due to Canadian fires and the smoke coming in over us. I live in central North Dakota.

I have some vitamin B complex for my sheep and goats (injectable). I will try giving her that orally. Thank you!

Also, this just started today. She has always been smaller than the other geese. Nobody else is acting oddly.

This switch of feed is probably the problem. It sounds like a scratch "treat" and not a complete feed. Is the red thing of water in the video the pool or their waterer? If it's the pool you might want to start changing it daily too. If that is their waterer you might want to start changing it more than just once a day.

Which exact product is this injectable? Can you take a photo if it?
