Sick hen - any guesses help

Hello to whoever this finds! I needed some guidance for my chicken. Any info would help!

I’ve got one olive egger (pictured) who is having trouble moving. If it means anything we have just returned after 5 days. No limps, but slow and very little movement. She still stands fine, not sure if she’s comfortable sitting. My first guess was that she was eggbound, but her her fluff/thighs seem swollen but not hard. Been this way for weeks, but the effects seem larger this week than before.Droopy vent - iCloud photos

Have you checked for an injury, lift the feathers so you can check the skin for wounds or parasites.

How is her crop? Is she pooping normally?

If her abdomen is swollen, it's likely ascites (fluid build up), which can be caused by any number of things. In my experience, it's usually related to a reproductive disorder.
