Sick hen, any help valued:)

i've had chickens for a while but i have this ex-battery hen... She is struuggling to breath and breaths with an open mouth. (It's raspy too)I have tried to see if her nostril is blocked but it doesn't appear to be. She laid an egg but won't eat i syringe garlic,tumeric,apple cider and diatomaceous earth into her.
I have noticed that her comb is flopped down. Any clues to what this might be or would a video help? thanks

The breathing issue is not a good sign.

Don't force anything else into her mouth because one drop down the wrong pipe and it won't end good.

Im so sorry this is happening. I really don't know what this could be. Is she choking on something? Is there something in her throat? Hopefully some other experts will see this. Otherwise just keep doing what you're doing. Give her access to food and water and keep her warm.

So she started eating a litle ! But when she does it looks like it hurts her,she shuts her eyes and wtoggles
her neck. Would this indicate a abstruction or blockage of some kind?
