Sick hen/ avoiding flock

I have a 4 year old buff orpington that for the past 2 days has been keeping distant from the rest of the flock and has stopped roosting with them and is laying on the ground alone. Today I gave them some lettuce and bananas as a treat she usually loves them but today she wouldn’t touch it and this was her poop. What could be going on with her? I didn’t see any mites or lice and her crop felt fine.

When's the last time she laid an egg?

At 4 yrs of age, she may be having some reproductive issues.
I would check to make sure her crop is emptying. See if she will drink for you, getting her hydrated first is important. Once drinking, then offer a little food.
