I have a 3 year old RIR whose had laying issues for the past year. She was very ill for about three straight weeks and I tried many different avenues to help her. I seriously had made up my mind to cull her when she appeared to be on the upswing. She’s gained her weight back and goes with the flock now. But, she’s now dropping out eggs with no shells, runny egg white and soft tissue that’s underdeveloped eggs. She also laid a glob that of petrified looking egg.
She acts fine through all of this!
My concern is that my other chickens grab up these nasty globs and will eat them! Should I worry about the other hens getting an illness from this habit?

No issues with them cleaning up the messes. Won't hurt them. I'd be more concerned about the reproductive issues of the RIR hen. I'd still cull her if she doesn't get "right" straight away.

Search for 'salpingitis' and 'lash egg' and see if the images are the what the glob of petrified looking egg looked like. It does sound like a reproductive issue, which is not uncommon in laying hens past the age of two years, particularly prolific laying breeds.

I agree with @coach723 It sounds like she is having reproductive problems. The glob of petrified egg is likely Salpingitis, if you find another one, photos would be good.

There is no real treatment for laying disorders, but sometimes antibiotics may help with infection. If you have a vet, they can prescribe medication for you.
