Sick Hen, gurgle sound

Hello, I have a sick hen and I'm not sure what to do. Last night she was under the ramp to the hen house and was making the motions but no sound was comming out, when she did make a sound it sounded like a gurgle. I put her inside for the night and this morning the wings are a bit droopy and she didn't go out, but when I picked her up the gurgle sound was gone. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think probably you should try to post more info. about the hen. Like it's age, what it's been eating, how the droppings look etc. Most people who try to help out always seem to ask those questions.

Maybe it could be a respitory thing. But that's a total guess. Hopefully someone else will have more ideas for you. Good luck

The hen is about 6 months old. Eating layer food from the feed store, fresh greens and tomato scraps from the kitchen along with any bugs she finds in her run. Didn't notice any strange droppings. The other three hens look normal. The run is completely enclosed.
