Sick hen HELP!!!

So I have this hen here that looks sick,
This morning I went to let the chicken's out of the hut and when she got off she was trying to prop herself up with one wing.
Crop empty.

Here are her symptoms:


Symptoms
Wattels and comb are pale.
Not eating nor drinking.
Can't stand up.
All floppy.

Have you checked her over for lice and mites?

She hasn't got any.

When was the last time you wormed her ? If you have some poultry multi vitamins add them to her water and offer her some mushy , easy to digest food. Check her crop, is it emptying? When was the last time she laid an egg , have you checked her abdomen for lumps ?
