Sick hen just started a few days ago

Hi
I'm pretty new at this, I have a hen who has been in very good health up until a few days ago She lays on the ground alot and her comb is turning black around the edges, her feathers are not glossy and she goes back to the coop and roosts much earlier than all the others. I have attached photos, was hoping someone can point me in the right direction- I have now separated her from the rest of the flock..

Do you have roos? I'm no expert, by any means but I have had a problem with rape birds in the past and a few of my hens are still shell shocked even though the worst roos has been eliminated. All I can offer is what I know and hope that's all it is and cross my fingers that someone who really does know something answers you back.

Pick her up and visually inspect her for lice/mites; especially the vent area, base of tail feathers and under her wings, around the neck. Lice can be seen crawling. Mites look like black or red pepper and are very slow movers.
