My chicken does have her head up and is standing. She does have diarrhea, contracting vent, tail down and just generally unhappy. She is the smallest hen in my flock and the lowest in the pecking order so is quite skinny I noticed these symptoms a day ago, but she has got worse and now keeps closing her eyes. Also kind of straight up like a penguin.

I did see her lay and egg without a shell, and then the shell afterwards a few days ago so not sure if this is relevant. I haven't had them wormed recently.

Please help she is still getting worse!!!

How old is she? I haven’t heard of laying a shell-less egg and then a shell later. Was the shell and egg broken? If she is laying shell-less eggs, I would give her a human calcium with vitamin D3 tablet into the back of her beak for the next 3 days. That may help if she is having a calcium deficiency, and calcium helps to pass the eggs. I would take her aside once a day, and feed her separately some moistened chicken feed and scrambled egg, then release her and let her and let her free. Hopefully, this is a dietary problem, and not a reproductive issue. But walking upright may point to a problem with internal laying.

She is a around 2 years old, not exactly sure of the breed but know she's a meat breed. The egg didn't have a membrane around it, but the shell did nave a wee crack. She hasn't layed since this though. She didn't want to come out of the coop today and tried to attack me every time tried to grab her. I have noticed that she won't eat any oyster shell or grit( she sometimes lays eggs with cracks or just the egg in a membrane. She wont eat any food that I give her but her crop was really hard and full when I felt it. She's also kind of waddling today
