sick hen need advice

Correction in the worming I did...it was with Wazine 17. I do have safe-guard here if needed. Don't see any worms but she is pooping mainly water for all that she is drinking and the lack of eating.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do next?

Ready to do a Hail Mary as she has not been doing any better. It has been 3 days that I treated with Wazine 17 for all my gals. I have various antibotics too if recommended. Plus as I mentioned before I have safeguard for a broader spectrum of worms. As I mentioned she is mainly pooping water as she is not eating. If someone could help me with some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

um hmm i think she may have a neurological disorde.r i think you should wait and see, if she gets better thats good if she gets worse or stays the same then you may need to call the vet. im out of ideas this would be my last solution to the problem if i were in your situation. goodluck and i hope for the best.

you can also maybe make a mash of mealworms crickets and chick mash and smear it on her beak if she eats good and if she doesnt get a syringe and open her mouth and gently squeeze the mush down her throat.
