So should I wait and see if the nutri-drench helps or just go and buy that too and give that to her also?

No just give her the Nutri-Drench now. If you run out, get more, or something that goes farther, such as the one below.

So I've been giving the nutri-drench to her and she does fine when she just gets out of the coop. Then a few hours goes by and she starts to have the symptoms come back.

She's doing better. She still has a little wry neck every once in a while but its for like 2 or 3 seconds. Not nearly as she was.
