Feel back near her butt. Gently and see if it feels hard or as if there is something in there. If she is egg bound I'm not sure what can be done. You could try putting some Cod Liver oil in her feed. Or Olive oil. Not sure how it's supposed to help but I've read about it. I use Cod liver oil in my girls feed now and then.
Keep her calm and make sure she's eating and drinking and pooping. It may take a few days for things to work out.
