Sick hen. Not sure what's wrong

I have a 1 year old olive egger hen who's had a dirty bum and weird poo for a couple weeks now and I'm not sure what the cause is.

Symptoms:
Watery poo that runs down her bum
Egg shell in poo, just tiny pieces
Her bum is a little red and swollen but I don't feel an egg and it isn't squishy or anything like that.
Poor grooming/ feather condition.
Bumble foot which I am treating

She's acting normal, eating well and drinking. No change in pecking order. Her comb is bright and she still lays eggs at least 5 days a week. Does anyone have any idea why the poo problem all of a sudden? None of the other hens have unusual poo. I've already ruled out worms. What the heck?

She may be laying internally or having thin shelled eggs that are breaking inside. That can be a set-up for egg yolk peritonitis. Make sure that she is taking extra calcium (crushed oyster shell, ground egg shells) besides getting a layer feed. You could worm her with Valbazen or fenbendazole (SafeGuard, Panacur) and put some plain probiotic yogurt in her food a few days a week. Clean her vent feathers off with soap and water. Flies love to lay maggot larvae in poo.

Thank you! So how would I know if she's internally laying? She's been laying 5+ normal eggs per week. All have had nice thick shells. She's getting nutrina layer pellets, has oyster shell available and has been wormed when this started to rule that out. I bathed her today (which she was none too happy about) and made sure her vent feathers were nice and clean.
What really struck me as odd were the shell pieces in her poo. I don't feed them egg shells because they have oyster shell. So does that mean she's had eggs break inside? But it was in the poo?
