Sick hen - suspicion of vent gleet

Hi, one of our girls was perfectly fine this afternoon, but tonight, I noticed a baldish patch around her vent. She also seems a bit idle, not very active (and way more quiet than usual), and doesn't seem as interested by a mealworm treat as usual, and seem to stay a bit apart from the group (she's on top of the pecking order by the way)... By her behaviour there's clearly something not right. I've checked her butt and couldn't see any parasite, and her skin isn't red or irritated at this point. I think there was a bit of light yellowish discharge, which make me think that maybe there's a vent gleet issue here. I washed her vent area with mineral salt and dried it off properly.
At this point, my concern is more the fact she doesn't seem to feel ok, as I reckon treating her vent with canesten and giving her some apple cider vinegar should help in the next few days. But not sure how to help her feel more comfortable. After the wash, I brought her to chicken house directly rather than in their pen, and she went straight in the next box.
Any advice or recommendation?

She's probably having a hard time laying an egg, could be a shell-less egg or a broken egg.
Give her calcium citrate +D3 once a day until she gets better.
Also give her epsom salt baths.

Thanks, will try to find that here. I live in Estonia and most brands I see on the forum are not available here... any idea of the dosage for the calcium citrate?
If she's egg bound, I'm a bit confused because she has laid her egg in the morning as usual already, so would she already try to make a new one only 11h later?

Ok well since she laid an egg its not an egg issue.

Update: So it was indeed a soft shell egg she was trying to pass, I've found it this morning. It looks like the girl has been trying to lay a second egg in one day, and that explains how she seemed uncomfortable I've cleaned up again her vent area today, but still no irritation/redness, and no signs or parasites of any kind. Eating, pooping and being very vocal just as usual today. Keeping an eye on her as she still has a small bare patch on her butt, but no sign of any more yellowish discharge.

Its good that she laid that egg.
If you can get the calcium that would be great. The dosage is one tablet once a day for however long is needed.
