Sick hen, what could be wrong?

Thanks everyone for their advice and suggestions. Unfortunately she died during the night. I had checked on her a couple of times during the night and she seemed okay. My GF got up at 1:00am to get a drink and she was still alive but when I went in at about 6:00am to check on her, she was dead. I guess I waited too long before I brought her in to see what was going on. Thanks again for all of your help.

So sorry that she didn't make it. There is comfort in knowing she was warm and well cared for however.

Thanks, this was the second hen in the year and a half I've had these chickens that has died. I guess that is not bad considering. Hopefully the rest will be okay.
