SICK HEN WHITE DIARRHEA

please help - almost 5 year old hen unable to pass regular stool - have soaked in rosin salts but began struggling once she got out. she cries in pain every time she tries to release poop and it seems like not much is coming out besides a mucusy white substance.

I have given her some plain greek yogurt with mealworms in it and she has shown interest

Is there any yellow stuff in her vent? Can you post a picture of her vent?

i put her in another soak because when in it she won’t push and cry out in pain
